The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion imposes a higher minimum. jom91 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a rolling basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are completed within minutes of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. jom91 targets a maximum internal processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal methods, provided KYC requirements have been met and no compliance hold is in place.
Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. jom91 does not assume liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on jom91 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus provisions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Rollover Obligation: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. For example, a welcome bonus carrying a 35x wagering requirement means that a RM100 bonus must generate RM3,500 in total qualifying wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms, all bonuses expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to your Account. Expired bonus credit and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account balance without further notice.

Any detected abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
Birthday bonuses are awarded based on verified date of birth and the member's current loyalty tier at the time of the birthday month. Loyalty tier is assessed based on total verified wagering in the preceding calendar month. jom91 reserves the right to adjust tier criteria and bonus amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
jom91 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. A wager is only confirmed upon receipt of a transaction confirmation reference on the Platform.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, jom91 reserves the right to void affected rounds and reverse associated transactions. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not valid and will not be honoured.
Sports betting markets — including those covering the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are governed by jom91's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time and are subject to available odds at the moment of placement; jom91 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per game category. These limits are subject to change and are displayed on the relevant game or betting market page. jom91 reserves the right to apply individual payout caps to Accounts identified as high-risk or engaged in irregular betting.
